While writing any book there is no way to avoid mistakes, typographic errors, etc. I was hoping only that in my book the number of errors will be as minimal as possible. Unfortunately there are a few errors that I list in the table below. If you see in my book anything that shall be corrected please write to me. I believe that next edition of this book with help of all my readers will be much better done.
